RAFAŁ MIROWSKI
President of the Management Board

A professional with 18 years of experience in real estate investments, gained i.a. in Poland and East-Central Europe, Great Britain and North America, where he managed development projects both in residential and commercial sector. He performed full supervision of various investments on the real estate market – from development of a project concept, via its implementation, to sales. He participated in the creation of investment projects with a total value exceeding EUR 800 million and was personally responsible for the implementation of projects in the real estate sector, with a value of more than EUR 300 million. He held managerial positions in such companies as Goodman, SEGRO, AIG/Lincoln, Pinnacle REI and the GSE Group. Among recent professional activities, it is crucial to mention his engagement in various projects in investment management, inclusive of ensuring funds, sale and management as well as establishment of Pinewood Investment Management. During his professional career, he was a member of various industry-specific organizations, e.g. the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in commercial real estate (RICS), FIDIC, EFCA, he is also a qualified assessor in BREEAM.

He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Quebec in Montreal with a MBA degree and from the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn with a master’s degree in real estate management and geodesy. He completed with honors his postgraduate studies in the field of real estate appraisal, management and consultancy.

WOJCIECH WIATR
Vice-President of the Management Board

He started his carrier in Control Process S.A. – from a position in the Department of Marketing and Bid Preparation and then he became the director of this branch. Since 2007, he has been a member of the Management Board of Control Process S.A. and on June 11th, 2016, he was appointed the President of the Management Board.

He graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, the Faculty of Management and Marketing.

TOMASZ WIATR
Vice-President of the Management Board

Since 2004, he has been a member of the Management Board in IT companies belonging to the Control Process S.A. Capital Group. In 2011, he was appointed the director of the Department of Marketing and Bid Preparation, performing also the function of an expert in public procurement law as well as EU funds and projects. Since 2013, he has been continuously overseeing Control Process S.A. as its Vice-President of the Management Board.

He graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Cracow, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics.
